To control cost we can salvage areas that have minor damage or partial damage. We can replace rotten wood by matching with the same or similar products. What we don't want to do is waste your money by painting over rot or scraping and sanding. It actually cost less to replace rot than to prep rot and the finished product will not only amaze you but last. Notice the gable end of the home in the picture. This is not salvageable, a perfect example of what we will not scrape and paint. The cost of replacing siding actually cost less. The rest of the home was salvageable.
